JD. Power is a global marketing information services company, which is especially well known for its customer satisfaction research on new-car quality. The 2016 U.S. Original Equipment Tire Customer Satisfaction Study is based on responses from 31,977 original owners of 2014 or 2015 model-year vehicles from October through December 2015.

The major factors in regards to this study consist of ‘Tire Ride’, ‘Tire Traction and Handling’, ‘Tire Wear’, and ‘Tire Appearance’. Among these ‘Tire Wear’ is what customers consider to be the most important out of all the tire satisfaction factors.
